Prices, timelines and terms for each project are formalised in a written proposal, in accordance with our terms of use.
Client support and project guidance
Do I need technical knowledge to hire you for a website?
No. Explain your business and what you need to present or make easier for customers. The team helps organise the request, guides you through materials and explains choices in plain language. You review versions and approve stages without having to code or choose technology yourself.
Who guides me during the project?
You talk to the Digital S&D team. Support is shared, with no fixed person assigned to each project. The team guides material collection, presents stages for review and agrees the next steps with you. Scope, revisions and responsibilities are recorded in the proposal so you know what to follow and approve.
How do I contact you and how soon will you reply?
The team replies through WhatsApp or email within one business day, with no fixed service hours. You can send a message at any time. The initial reply helps us understand your request and agree the next step. The time needed to make a change depends on its assessment, complexity and the agreed service terms.
Choice and quote
Do I need a business website or a landing page?
A business website presents the company, its services and the information customers look for before making contact. A landing page focuses on one offer and one action, such as requesting a quote or signing up for a campaign. If you are unsure, tell us your goal and we will help assess the format.
How is the quote calculated?
The quote considers pages or sections, features, content, integrations and project complexity. Tell us what you need and which materials you already have. The price and deliverables are recorded in a written proposal; indicating a budget range helps the conversation and does not represent a fixed price.
How do payment and contracting work?
Payment methods, any instalments and billing milestones are agreed in the proposal before contracting. Submitting the form starts a conversation about a quote; it does not automatically purchase a service.
Content and development
What is the timeline and when does it start?
The timeline depends on scope, available materials and approval stages. The schedule and start conditions are defined in the proposal. Late content or scope changes may require revised dates agreed between the parties.
Who provides text and images?
We initially gather the available brand identity, service information, text, photos and references. The proposal defines what the client provides and whether the team will create or adapt content. Copywriting, photography, image purchases and licences must be included in scope.
How many revisions can I request?
Revision rounds, review stages and approval deadlines are defined in the proposal. Adjustments within scope are handled in those stages. New pages, features or changes of direction are assessed separately, with timeline and cost impacts explained before work begins.
Delivery and continuity
Who owns the domain, hosting and code?
The proposal should clarify domain ownership, who contracts and manages hosting, which credentials will be handed over, and the terms for delivery and use of the code. Third-party services and licences may have their own rules. These points are agreed before contracting.
Are there monthly costs beyond development?
Domain, hosting, external services and maintenance may have costs depending on the solution. The proposal states what development includes and which items require separate contracts or renewals. We do not assume one monthly fee for every project.
How does support work after delivery?
After delivery, you can continue contacting the team through WhatsApp or email. Tell us which website you need help with and what you need. We reply within one business day, with no fixed service hours. We assess whether your request is a question, a delivery-related correction or a new change. The support period and scope follow the proposal; timelines and any cost for new requests are agreed before work begins.
Will I be able to update my website afterwards?
There are two options, agreed before contracting. If the project includes an editing panel, you receive guidance on editing its supported content. If you prefer to delegate, you can request changes from the team, with timelines and any cost agreed beforehand. Examples include changing a photo, updating a price or correcting business hours. The choice depends on how often you need changes and the contracted service.
Features and support
What is included in SEO and integrations?
The basic scope for websites and landing pages includes search engine titles and descriptions. Ongoing SEO, regular content production, campaigns, analytics tools and CRM or payment integrations are assessed according to scope. We do not guarantee Google rankings, enquiry volumes or sales.
Do you serve clients outside Belo Horizonte?
Yes. Digital S&D is based in Belo Horizonte and offers remote service to other cities. Meetings, materials and approvals can be organised remotely, with channels and times agreed for the project.
What is OdontoHub? Can I hire you for something similar?
OdontoHub demonstrates dental management interfaces. It uses fictional data: scheduling and business changes stay in page memory; only colour and theme persist in the browser. No connected authentication, database or data API. You can discuss a similar solution with us; deployment, permissions and integrations are defined around your needs. This is not a real clinical operation.
Shall we discuss your project?
Tell us what you want to present and the next step you want your customer to take.
